From what I've seen on my mom's Poco M3, everything is the same as on Mi/Redmi devices except the launcher.

Does the launcher lag on Poco M3? Battery draining issues?

Battery life is pretty good. Haven't seen any lag but then there is hardly anything installed on it (just Whatsapp and some Malayalam news apps).

Seems like pichle janam mein X3 ne bahut paap Kiya hoga!! All X3(except fanbois) users are facing laggy launcher issue and battery drain, for which launcher itself is the culprit.
