MNP request rejected by Airtel

I wanted to port in to BSNL from Airtel. I have also aquired the UPC and got a SIM from BSNL after filling the MNP form.After 3 days i got a SMS from 1901 that my request to port in has been rejected by Airtel due to legal reasonsI tried to contact the Airtel CC but they have no idea what the legal reasons are.I have paid Rs.89 to get the BSNL sim including the prepaid plan 3G NestamWhat about the money that i have paid to aquire the new SIM? Will i get a refund?Do i still have a chance to port out from the stupid Airtel??Guys please advice me

go to their office...kick the butt of the manager...When he ask you the reason then tell him "duel to legal reasons"This is the only way they would stop telling all absurd reasons fo MNP..fcuk you sucktel...
