Airtel has collaborated with State Bank of India
Vodafone has collaborated with ICICI Bank

The question. Are you going to trust Airtel and Vodafone as the sole gateways to a bank account?

Never trust these things. And further you need to shell out money just to talk to customer care for queries, God forbid if something happens, each party will blame other and you will stand losing the money.

These days which bank has the best mobile banking & internet banking apps/websites?. Kind of tired using my existing Bank's crap.

@Sai icici bank or kotak mahindra bank both have good online banking experience as compared to other ones.

^ I have an account with icici. Using Airtel mobile internet, most of the times I cannot even check the balance in their app. Just shows some error.

Have to use hotspot or switch to wifi to make payments (for which I actually use Google Pay)

Surprisingly the hotspot is Airtel too.

Have been using axis bank mobile app and i am pretty satisfied with it.

@honey01 i have been using icici bank app, never faced any issues with airtel mobile internet

^ Initially I thought adguard dns was causing an issue. So I disabled it. Even restarted the mobile but it was no go.
Also I have powertunnel (which I use for ddl sites (OCH)).. but I force stop the process after using. So that should not be the case either.

What I do is.. open Google Pay and make payment (which fails all the times).
Open iMobile Pay to check balance and that shows connectivity error or something.

Once I'm on hotspot, both apps work in the first try itself.
