SOny Ericsson were crap, totally destroyed my mobile ( W700 ) phone! Never bought any mob from sony after this exp. !

Neither Xperia T nor V was officially launched in India. So forget manufacturer's warranty. And not sure if our service centres are equipped to handle those.
I'd go for Xperia SP if my budget is around 20K or ZR if I can stretch it to around 22-23K.
At a 15-16k price point, Xperia L is what fits best. Rumours of Xperia C launching at 18-20K seem to be around. Thats a Mediatek quad phone.
Addendum:
The prices of all phones seem to have gone up about 5-10% thanks to the sliding rupee. But since it has picked up, expect a reduction again in a couple of weeks or so.
