Mobile operator in Mumbai / Maharashtra circle with decent 3G ?

Btw apart from Mtnl/Bsnl and Vodafone is the any other service provider which provides 3G in Mumbai and Maharashtra circles ?Does Tata Docomo provide 3G in both circles ? Their 1Gb plan which has more than 200 rupees of talktime looks enticing and value for money.

I think Idea is having 3G license legally in Maharashtra and illegally in Mumbai.

Whatever gives better coverage at places that you frequent is what I would suggest. Price wise both would be almost the same.. ... Its a leasantry: no brainer leasantry:

coverage is very area specific.. the place I live in pune, both vodafone and airtel suk bigtime... BSNL and Idea are better off as far as coverage. But still I preferred Vodafone :glare:

You use BSNL 3G in Pune? how is their network, speed, plans?
I use Tata Docomo, and so far I haven't face any network issues except at few locations.
I have tried 3G for Vodafone, Idea, Docomo in Pune. Vodafone and Idea are slight bad these days for some reason. I would like to test BSNL 3G now.

My area doesnt have 3G connectivity but BSNL 3G is quite good in main areas of pune. Can comment on the downtime though

I am using Vodafone 2g in Pune. I get consistent 256 kbps speed. 3G feels very costly at 250 for a gb. Any better cheapo options, even if service is not very reliable?
