Mobile Phone Around 15K

hey guys,
Can you guys suggest me a mobile available around 15K (approx, +/- ).today, lost my mobile :wall: so don't want to spend more.
Google pointing me towards Nokia 5800 MusicExpress, BUT im not that much impressed of build quality of Nokia phones (in fact im more inclined towards to SE).

my main concern is connectivity, Wifi needed & looks.
Dont really care about camera or music.

Please suggest me some good ones.

EDIT:- Anyone using HTC tattoo ?, i think this is the best phone in that range. comments welcome.

well if you are interested in touch screen mobiles i suggest you to go for Samsung star wifi or 3g. Sony's C510 or W595 but these two have no wifi. these 3 mobiles come under 15000 or even 10000.for more information log on to fonearena.com

Yes, Star WiFi (s5233w) is one the best touch phone in that range (9K). the reviews are Amazing :clap:. No one can beat that in that range.

Nokia E63 is good, but im not looking at business class phone.
Will switch to HTC dream (probably) after 6 month or so

after a little readings & suggestion finally i have 2 option in my hand
1. Samsung - s5233w
&
2. HTC Tattoo (HTC - Products - HTC Tattoo - Overview)

looking at my friend's experience with a touchscreen phone, i would suggest staying away from the cheaper options available in the market unless you have a good reason to do so. they are not really friendly to make calls especially when you have just one hand free.
