Modem Dc and Restart anytime in day.but work fine in night

my airtel 110TC1 Modem Dc and Restart anytime in day.but work fine in night NO DC.DATA AND LINK light r gone and come in few second.but my modem work fine in night after 8 pm. so this problem is in my Line or my Modem.i complain airtel, and also u help me, or i buy new modem?:(
 
if modem power adapter is busted then why no dc or restart in night,

You home power supply will be having fluctuations during the day time which the existing power adapter is not able to handle. You will have to replace the power adapter. If you have a multimeter you can test the voltage of your home during the day time and night time. The normal voltage is 220 - 240V.

Do this only if you know how to use a multimeter.
 
but dear i use my modem with my pc ups, my modem is plug on pc ups.800 va ups

In most of the UPSes there is one socket which only provides spike protection, no backup power from UPS. Does your modem stay on when the home power supply goes off? If yes, still it may be the problem of your power adapter, not sure though. Try changing the power adapter just to see if it happens again.
 
i have new ups for my pc,i buy it before 20 days ago,ok i try to change power adapter and replay again , see whats happen

Why don't you contact Airtel Customer Care for this? I'm sure your modem will be on rental basis. So you don't need to worry. The Airtel guys should take care of its repairs.
 
now 27 jan time 4.30pm airtel guys come my house today and replace my modem but not adapter.lets see whats happen now after modem change.thank nsm1234
