Modem gets disconnected during incoming call.. what may be the prob...?

My Modem gets disconnected & starts blinking during incoming call and also hear disturbance in my land line phone when the modem is on.what may be the problem n its solution?

Use splitter before every telephone set.

Make sure all connections come after splitter. Check this diagram

Your splitter may be faulty, try a new splitter and check.
