I finally used the moto rescue utility to fix this bug. had to reset the device so thought why not do this as well lol.

Basically phone is behaving weirdly. Randomly hangs. Display just stops responding. Just two year old. Decided to reset it once and see if that would fix the issue. If not, probably would just get a new phone. realme p1 is what nishant recommends.
