hmmms looks like the only option for you would be to try the service center. Keep us posted of your experience.
p.s: you can still try once with FK, maybe it would work as Flipkart first has some premium customer service
I have called FK but they said go to service center. I had bought another moto e which is still under 30 days and flipkart first was used for that. So can i RMA back to flipkart using that order number?
I received the update and the strange thing is the phone takes a little bit of more time while running games. I had a pin lock so when i hit the numbers it takes a little longer to detect the strokes. Googled this problem and people are saying to factory reset the phone and I'm not willing to do that.
