I have a TriBand 256 unlimited broadband plan from MTNL Delhi. The download speed used to be 200-250 KBytes/sec, which is about 2Mbps. But from 1st January 2010, MTNL has reduced the speed to 20-25 KBytes/sec, which is really slow. Are other users in Delhi and Mumbai also getting this reduced speed?We should all write to MTNL to restore the speed.

Uh... It sounds to me that if you are on Triband256 then they have just corrected your speed and you are getting what you are paying for.

MTNL charges rs4000 for 2mbps UL in Mumbai, I think its a bit less in Delhi.

It would be a miracle in itself if MTNL CC would respond. I tried calling for a connection 2 months ago, Decided not to get it seeing the sales department, I wondered if sales was so bad how would su[pport be.
