I am having MTNL's Unlimited plan of speed 512 kbps in delhi's with Shakti nagar exchange. My modem's ADSL light blinks on and off in about half an hour so and there doesn't seem to be any noise in the line. Here are my line stats.

What do you think guys? Should i get my phone line replaced or there is some problem from exchange? Please help!!

Your upstream SNR Margin seems to be on the lower side. Should be a little higher. For the meantime change the Modulation from ADSL2+ to G.dmt and see whether the condition improves.

Replace your modem's power adapter and report back.

Even I am having problems with my MTNL modem. Sometimes the connection is rock solid and then suddenly the lights start blinking randomly; the line has no noise whatsoever. I knew this was related to some voltage/adapter issue.

I am sure the CC or lineman will not understand this issue.

Since the modem is from MTNL, how do we get the adapter replaced?

Visit your local telephone exchange and meet the JTO. Explain him the issue. I'm sure he'll replace your modem's power adapter.
