Request to people, please be smart and download LESS for 2 months.

Make MTNL think that giving 2mbps is affordable to them!!

Once they make the plan permanent, then you can download whatever!

So be patient for 2 months, dont try to squeeze out every bit in 2 months!!!

MTNL delhi is just crap, we are still stuck in old age plans!! And kudos to MTNL mumbai for proactive strategy in plans.

MTNL is just camouflaging it old plans and serving with minor changes which limited to its success of uptake from customers. Time has come to break 2Mbps barrier and move to 4 Mbps. Hope to see it in 2013.

There is 4mbps plan. I see it for 9999Rs.

Last time when I had seen BSNL Pune they were offering 4Mbps UL plan for 900 or 990 (cant remember exactly), so what does that tell us about MTNL Mumbai?

That limit seems to be something new was not there last time I saw it but that was quite sometime back like I said. But that limit might serve the purpose of many except those who are die hard downloaders. I remember I was on the 599 fixed usage plan with 2Mbps speed but in those days it had a limit of 2 Gb (if I remember correctly) which was increased gradually. So there are some ppl who can live within their means
