This is not MTNL broadband problem. It seems there is some virus in ur PC.
 
Did u go to a website which requested u to scan your pc?It appears u may have downloaded a fake antivirus software?Sometime back fake AVG antivirus was released on the web.If your AVG is genuine, then u can try changing the security settings.Hope this helps.
 
its 99% virus which AVG failed to detect and infected AVG itself. You can use Nicrosoft Security Essentials now .... first uninstall the avg... disconnect internet

Microsoft security essentials is very basic.I recommend running malwarebytes anti-malware.This should do the trick provided it detects malware.If not u will have to system restore to when your pc was not infected.
