MTNL Broadband: Getting 4mbps on a 512kbps line

crappy 50 years old MTNL Telephone line can't carry more then 2 Mbps

Well the truth it is indeed carrying 4Mbps down stream and 512Kbps upstream.. now you say it crappy or whatever word you have with you.I don't know how to upload a image on this, otherwise you would have seen that 50 years old Government of India Enterprise has old copper wires which still work better that its **NEW** private companies fiber which can't give beyond 256kbps;
