but motorazor,u r in delhi,and mtnl is having competition against airtel,so they have to compulsory provide instant service

When u opt for only IPTV or only IPTV+VOIP, u're not provided telephone/BB (no ID/pass given).... but if u apply later, u're not charged anythin....
