I feel for you as I too have been having the same damn issue. I have been subscribed to a higher plan DSL 2399 which should give me a good speed. Since the last 15-20 days my speed has gone down to 300-500kbps while I used to get speeds of 1.6-1.8MBps. I have been running from one MTNL office to the other but all in vain. They checked my connection from the the exchange where they were getting 1.8MBps. They say there is no fault in the line either so I am so damn frustrated as to why I wont get the speed!I have already got the wire and the router changed but no result. MTNL guys are just pointing fingers at each other where local exchange says its the servers fault and the server guys says the fault is from the local exchange. Its truly unprofessional!
