nope it stays almost stable, like i some times have fluction of 2-4kb well i suppose thats normal....i think thats normal if your speed fluctuates coz mtnl never uses co axial cables as non-govt ISP do, they use normal twin wires. also fluctuation also depends on factors like how far you live from the exchange, OR are the joints kept open and other stuff. i know all this coz one of my uncle works in Borivali exchange who told me all this stuff.----------Hey is it just me or every one gets speed higher than what they should get after 10pm????i normally get 35kbps speed but after 10pm i get around 50-70kbps!!!!
thank you for clarifying and Yes from 10pm till 8am the bandwidth is synced to 512kbps for our plan that's why you are getting that speed.
