MTNL Broadband Problem in configuring bridge mode on laptop ?!!

@ cyberwiznah, didnt help ! am getting error 678...ie, the server u r trying to connect may be down....wth ?!i know desktops usually fire up on bridge mode aft all these tweaks, but dont know whr my laptop is stuck ?

another thing...my router page opens up when in bridged mode, but neither the dialer is able to connect, nor other webpages pull up...

well..reset seems to be the only way out.

in your ethernet adaptor put the dns as 208.67.222.222 & 8.8.8.8 . I think it will solve your problem.
