They have at least claimed that no data is collected which contradicts with the claims on Alphonso website.

Best would be to send email to area manager and get DND mode activated on your line.

one interesting tidbit here... they asked for a certificate from the vendor... which means one of these two things...

vendor is operating the service for mtnl.
if not... mtnl has no idea what kind of code they are operating as they have to ask the vendor for such questions.

adphonso website clearly states that they collect user data. so either they are lying in the certificate or they have disabled data collection on mtnl platform. i doubt the latter.

question is... how can one force mtnl to do a third party evaluation of the system to see if the vendor claims are accurate.
