MTNL Broadband: Sad speed since 2 days

i have a dsl ul 999 plan i had 1 MB - 900 kBps speed which was pretty stable. for me the problem started when my adsl connection had some problem on the 1st april it was fixed on 6th but the speed dropped drastically to just 20-30 kBps :ishock: ive been calling them for the past few days they say the freq pipe burst have submerged the linesbut ive also heard from a friend that if you complain abt disconnection they reduce your speed.

i too am facing the same problem. The first week of upgrade from 512 kbps to 1mbps was great but now speeds fluctuate randomly from 400kbps to 1mbps. Sometimes rebooting the router works and sometimes i just stay on the same speeds. My downloads also get hung in between. I've checked and somtimes the net hangs as the PPoE WAN interface details vanish from my router. The IP routing tables also get reset and i have to then reboot the router. Anyone else facing a similar disconnection problem? i am at saki naka exchange in mumbai.

it disconnects now... its not stable... in mumbai goregeon - andheri area
