MTNL Broadband: Shifting from DSL 849NU to Unlimited 999

I am planning to shift from DSL 849 NU to Unlimited 999 since I getting exceed my daytime usage limit and as a result get big bills. What are the speeds for torrents on Unlimited 999? I get speeds of around 200-210 kbps(with good seeds) with my current plan.

If you look around the mtnl section you will find some threads complaining about the speeds on the 1Mbps UL connection. Take the effort to read them.
