MTNL Broadband: Usage logs not updating on alcatel server

Since the 25th the usage logs are not getting updated in real time as they used. to. It becomes quite risky if one is on a limited plan . I am on alcatel server.Are any of you facing the same issue?

Yups... Some delay is there in stats getting updated on Alcatel server.

Can someone explain what is this all about Alcatel Server?Isnt their a common server for all the users?

If you use @ in ur username when u log into ur usage page then u r on Alcaltel server else u r on Ericsson server.

Update: The stats are now getting updated as the way they were before.
