MTNL Broadband VDSL2 User Experiences

i run everything through a VPN based in netherland i used to get intermittent timeouts on mtnl but none when everything is via the vpn. Even sites that i cannot stream without buffering are streamed smooth. it is absolutely a joy to use. pretty much shows how horrible mtnl's routing is.
Just tried using youtube without the vpn. it streams okay. is it ok at ur end today?
the day we had the light out prob mine was down for almost 4-5 hrs !!

Looking to get an MTNL connection for home, probably VDSL. My house is around 800-900km from the nearest telephone exchange, by road.

The one thing I absolutely do not want to have to deal with is ping/latency spikes while playing games online. With respect to routing I use a gamers VPN service so routing is not a massive issue for me; I just want a stable connection without ping fluctuation. Any advice?

How can your home be in Mumbai if it's 800-900kms away from the telephone exchange?

You should be able to get it as you are within 1.5kms which is the limit for VDSL (I think).

I have a connection in my office, which seems to work just fine.
