mtnl delhi PP UL data 449- combo

I'm looking for a good broadband plan in delhi(precisely north-west delhi) for home use. There is a pole of MTNL before my house from which I had taken a broadband connection long ago. Now I have shortlisted prepaid "mtnl delhi PP UL data 449- combo". If your phone line is always clear and hardly goes down, then surely give mtnl a try. I am using mtnl for 2 yrs now and fully satisfied.
As for plan, it depends on individual's requirement. If you dont download much and also dont use video streaming sites like youtube, then 449 plan is good for general use. If you are a downloader, look if freedom 800 plan is for you or not. Most of the guys here on mtnl use this plan.
