LOL, yes it wud have been nice if it cud remove windows virus but thing is that...it will have to modify windows registry entries and all those windows configuration related stuffs.... when on windows..Antivirus can simply run regsrv32 command to add/remove entries but on linux such command is not available.. and developing such a command or using wine to do such tasks is beyond the scope of Anti-virus developers.in short its a way too complicated to clean windows partition without running windows ON itself.And JUST INCASE if Linux has a virus..then its assumed that admin is smart enough to know how to delete the file and replace it with virus free file.
