MTNL Mumbai launches Unlimited 256kbps Broadband at Rs.999

Ok dudes listen to this...The guys from MTNL called regarding my change of plan to unlimited. This was on the 1st itself when I had registered a request with 1500. They called in the evening and when I checked yesterday it has changed to unlimited 999Now my only worry is this - Can I start downloading indiscriminately or should I wait for the next month:redface:

i got a confirmation call from mtnl CC saying your plan will be applicable from next month. I checked my services its showing totally wrong things. I have DSL 399 its showing me this"Broad band Service (Combo Plan) with Access Speed of 256 Kbps upto 2Mbps (max). Monthly Tariff is Rs.500, Monthly Free download is 600MB, free calls 200. One Free Email ID with 4MB Space. Additional Usage Charges Rs.1/MB."I didnt even have this anytime...what should i do to confirm if i can start downloading???

which probably means that the guy who changed ur plan, mixed things up. call again and tell them abt wrong change of the plan.

did u check ur tel bill? what was the plan name shown on tel bill?

399 thats what it came on the bill. Its just the view service page thats messed,

strange, may be u shud calll them and confirm actual plan.
