i am using night unlimited plan which has connectivity of 2 MBps.but i am getting the speed of 32 kbps while downloading any sotware.please let me know whom should i contact.i leave in mumbai and i am not able to connect to 1504 nor i can login at the mtnl site.please let me know what should be done.....

well see that connection u get is proper.mean the main telephone line.Dont take any parallel connection on net line.see that router setting are proper.explain ur problem in some detail.like how ofen do u face the problem.what connection do u use.what steps have u taken so that we can help u out.

i dont have any parallel connection.moreover i always face this problem.i will post the speed from speedtest.net later and let me know whether its proper.can u please let me know the modem settings as there is no one on 1504.thanks in advance
