Mtnl online Bill payment not working

I login here Login , when i click on the "pay through credit card" link it takes a long time to load and then i get the icici payment gateway page with a message that session expired , this has been happening for the last one week, "pay through netbanking" link loads immediately, anyone else having this problem?

Anyone successfully paid their bill online with credit card in the last one week? I even mailed their bill help id [email protected] but the mail bounced back due to some spam blocker.
