mtnl plan change not upgraded still

i requested plan change from dsl unlimited 749 to dsl unlimited 999. but till tody it has not being upgraded.i recved call on 1st confirming my plan chaged.but when i ask them when it will be upgrade they said in 2 or 3 days.when i told them it shoud be upgraded they said 1st being sunday it will take 2or 3 days.in this digital world i got this reply.what u say.should i sue them.because i will be paying for a service which i will be getting from 3 or 4 of this month but i will be paying for this service from 1st.please do reply for future course of action
