MTNL slow upload speed

Getting 17-20kbps upload speed on MTNL 1mbps combo plan. Anyone else also experiencing slow speed?

I get 0.2 Mbps download speed and .04 Mbps upload speed. My plan is 1600 unlimited. Shame on MTNL!

I hardly get upload speed of 30kbps, I'm also on 1mbps unlimited

MTNL has listed [email protected] on their website. But this ID is always over quota, never accepts mails!

I have been chasing the people at the GM's office, not much use.

Torrent download speed is also slow for some torrents. The torrents with seed to peer ratio of 1:1 are fine, but higher peer ratio(1:2,1:3...) are really slow 1-7 kbps. But they worked fine on airtel earlier. How can i increase the speed?

Mine is working fine, upload speed ~45-50 KBPS and downloading speed 32-38 KBPS on 495 Combo Plan ( From Navi Mumbai )
