Okay, I think I am facing Website timeouts. Is there any way to get proof of this other than random browsing? This is just too much, MTNL isn't worth this kind of trouble.
I recorded a video on my mobile and showed it to DGM yet he brushed it off as a non-issue. The server guy knew about this but was utterly incompetent to understand as to why it was happening.
I was going through VDSL user experience thread by @sanke1 and @kickass. They were discussing the same timeout issue. Ultimately they both gave up on VDSL ever improving. sanke1 mentioned that he got his port changed to SOTL and since then he had no issues on 8 Mbps ADSL2.
MTNL very well knows this issue. They just don't know what to call it. (They say server problem hai) But still they put people on that shitty 182.56.xx.xx server and pray that those people don't notice and complain.
The only REAL solution is to fight with your exchange guys and change the port to SOTL system.
