Regarding the starting of Trib 849 UL plan timings, the time which is seen in the router configuration (192.168.1.1), corresponds with the server time. Over the last 7 days I have closely followed it. On day 1, I kept my time exactly, as on the server. I saw that the next few days, the time did not correspond, but was plus or minus by a few mins. Which means, that the time when you start downloading depends on the server connected to, on that day, and on different days, there are different servers. So when I start my net, I go to router settings first, and see the time on server. Then start my download. Of course starting DL at 10:15 and stopping at 7:45 doesn't matter at all, and I am not going to lose much, but I just wanted to see the exact time. I guess, it's safe to start download, once the server to which you are connected, shows beyond 10 PM on 192.168.1.1

I am not absolutely clear on what you wanted to state, but the router page timing is synchronized with servers supporting NTP as entered in the config page of your router and has no correlation whatsoever with the MTNL server timings logging your data.
