MTNL Triband problems..How to check logs?

Hi All, Many users are complaining that the MTNL ADSL stops working in between. I would like to know if there are any logs on the modem which will show me the downtime/ errors and will help me find the reason of this problem. Please help.

many ppl? i hardly have heard 2-3 ppl complaining.

if u mean adsl downtime logs, u can always check it on modem admin page at http://192.168.1.1 (by default)

but this log will reset everytime u reboot modem.
