Well I received this message from MTNL Trump today saying that they have launched a new SIM kit for Rs.199. What caught my attention is the call rates of this plan & more important its validity:
Local calls on MTNL n/w: Rs. 0.19
Local calls on other n/w: Rs. 0.49
STD calls: Rs. 0.99
Free talk value on MTNL network(in minutes): 199 minutes
Validity: 365 days

One thing which I couldn't get is whether this offer is also there for their existing customers who don't want to buy a new SIM card?

This scheme was actually launched on 15th May. It is very good scheme. But what worries me is if everyone buys this scheme. MTNL soon will have network congestion.
