MTNL Upload speed on 1mbps plan

How much upload speed does everyone get on the TriB Combo Unlimited 512kbps plan that was upgraded to 1mbps a few months ago?I used to get an upload speed of 1mpbs but for the last 2-3 weeks, the upload speed has reduced to 512kbps, the download speed is still 1mbps. Is anyone else facing the same?

I get 512kbps for upload. That is what the A in ADSL is all about: Asynchronous.

My upload speed was reduced from 1 mbps to 512 kbps last week.
