MTS is worst Internet Service

My name is Anshu and my MTS 3G Internet data card no. is 8711830600. I have been struggling with very poor and extremely low class pathetic services from MTS. They claim speed up to 9.8 Mbps but avg speed I am getting is between 20Kbps - 100Kbps. Customer support is horrible! They do not solve any of your query. The customer care does not work in Weekends & holidays, and beyond 6 on other days. They straight forward tell you to wait for certain working hours. No body has responded to my complains for one whole month!!!! Downloading big files is impossible. Worst case they will not refund your amount and you need to keep paying for the days of zero or bad service also. Your money is trapped with no resolve.
Apparently I think MTS is a fraud and most importantly you should know that MTS is the worse service provider ever ever ever which is why I do not encourage anyone to buy this crap.
Dear MTS, Take it seriously & do some thing about it!

well, you should discontinue with their service at the earliest. MTS is still struggling with marginal subscriber base, revenues are still less for significant investment on BTS etc. Hence poor service.
 
I took MTS in February this year and for the first few months was blown away by the service. 2-3 Mbps on a wireless was something I hadn't imagined possible.

And then they introduced this 40 GB at Rs.999 plan, and their service has been downhill from that point on. I guess they made a compromise on their service quality to make this possible, I dunno, but their speed came down first to 1Mbps, then 200Kbps, now it's 100 Kbps on the best days. It's bullshit and they claim I'll have to wait till the beginning of the next bill cycle to change the plan or cancel the service too. Huh, how convenient for them.
