My concern is exactly about that. Because they provide a dual LNB, I think that there must be a mechanism by which they know that the digicomp is working on a multi room connection. Now by moving the digicomp to another LNB, it might give them that information.
After initial setup is done by technicians, STB's physical location cannot be tracked (as of now in India) by operator if STB is moved to any location or abroad, as there is no return channel from STB back to operator (as SKY UK has phone line connected to STB).
