Multilingual audio options

Hi,I'm residing in chennai.... Some channels were offered multilingual options....like toon disney,discovery,cartoon network,pogo...... In cartoon network when some cartoons telecasted ...Its shows that this program is also available in telugu and tamil.....:thumbsup: but when i press my multilingual audio option im getting only hindi and english audio....:redface: folks...anyone getting tamil audio in cartoon network...??????:O

Some channels like CN/Toon/Discovery/NGC/History produce & downlink their channels in multiple audios. But its upto cable/DTH provider to select the channel and pass it on to customers. Old cable (analog) could only transmit single audio so we had no multi-audio option there, but digital cable & DTH can receive both and transmit multi-audio on same channel.If on any one is not receiving multi-audio (if present) then it's certainly that provider is not giving that option

I don't think so... I view Animax in Tamil and Cartoon Network has select Toons telecasted in Tamil Audio feed... You'd get the tamil audio feed only if you have subscribed to Sun Package. Check that and if have subscribed to Sun channels then flame the CC guyz....

Tamil audio option is only available for Toon Disney and not for any other cartoon channels.

In Tata Sky, Cartoon Network is available in Tamil.

But in dishtv cartoon network is not available in tamil.I am getting tamil audio only on toon disney.

Well cartoon network has tamil audio feed (for selected programs ) and also Toon Disney will have Tamil and Telugu audio feed (for selected programs).

:madness:hey my package is already upgraded with sun package ya.....still im not getting tamil feed for some channels.....too bad......dont't know wt to do.... if i call cc from my mobile.....my money gonna vanishes....they r not at all taking the call soon....!:wall:

I guess then it must be a problem with their end. I get Cartoon Network Tamil Feeds for toons like Richie Rich, Popeye etc. But believe me u don't wanna hear popeye talk in tamil.. tis horrible!! And I guess DishTV CC has a Toll Free number for which if u call u wont be charged!!

For cartoon network Tamil feed is not available in dishtv like TS.
