Mumbai/Mulund : Broadband connection to work from home

Hello,I am seeking help and guidance here and will appreciate any info. in this regard.I am currently based in US and am planning to work from home for about 3 months in India this summer. Since I am not familiar with the Indian Broadband scene, your help in choosing the right vendor would be very helpful. My requirements are :a) Will be online about 8 hours a day .. 1/2 of this will be at night.b) Will be logging into servers based in the USc) Connection has to be reliable.d) This will be in Mulund (west) in Mumbai suburbs.e) My parents have an MTNL phone connection.Since my parents are unfamiliar with this , I would like to initiate the process from here , so online ordering should be available. I also wanted to understand time it takes to get such a connection.. i.e how far in advance should I initiate the process.Thanks in advancePB
