nope. google does not use chrome branding for the android browser. though browser in android ICS would support bookmark syncing with chrome.

Any add on like adblock present in chrome? Its the only thing stopping me to switch to chrome! and flash blocker too...

you can disable flash applets from running itself by making them click to run without relying on a third party extension. and yes there are plenty of ad-blockers available on Chrome.
