My ADSL Modem MT880 stopped working after appying a flash

My ADSL Modem MT880 stopped working after appying a flash (firmware), I tried re setting but still its not working. Only power LED & LAN ACT LED are lit constantly, green in color. Could any one help me to bring it back to working condition??? Thanks in advance

Please post this in BSNL forum for more quick responses. with following addl details.
1.Can you open/access the modem pages.
2.Please give details of device status.
( board ID Fw version etc )
3.Check whether the manual is available here.

I'm not abble to access modem pages using http://192.168.1.1 even though after configuring my lan properties with gate way: 192.168.1.1

There are 3 barcode IDs on my Device MT880

Manual is available with me but its not helping me to reactivate my modem.

I have downloaded the Latest firm ware from driversguide.com and the file name is MT880_V200R001C01B021SP03_20050706.xDSL
 
Press the reset button, for at least 30 seconds, to restore to factory, defaults.(with modem connected to power/computer). See any activity in modem lights.
Clear all temp files in IE ( tools/IEoptions/privacy)
log in 192.168.1.1 id admin password admin.

Para two :.Please give details of device status.

Only after opening modem pages you can get this information., to confirm FW has been done successfully.

As advised, I tried to reset the device using by pressing the button for 30 seconds or more, yet there is no activity in modem lights. It is still showing Power LED & LAN ACT LED in Green color ( Constantly Green). All other LEDs are down with out any activity

Modem pages are not opening though http://192.168.1.1

Is there any way through which I can rest the router? Any hardware method on the PCB to reset ??? Pls advise
 
Are you getting IP address on your LAN ? Or It says Ltd/No conectivity ?

sorry for my eralier reply,

when done ipconfig/all its showing the following info
192.168.1.2 ( IP address)
255.255.255 ( Subnet Mask)
192.1681.1 ( Default gate way)

Dns:
61.1.96.69
61.1.96.71
 
In command promp , PING 192.168.1.1 , Is it giving you replys , RTO, DHU ? If it replys then Modem is fine or else you need to replace your modem, ITS DEAD !!
