using FTTH since 4 years used vdsl 40 mbps before from airtel upgraded to 1 year annual plan 100 mbps last year it got locked and they did not do a speed change they upgraded me to 1 gbps faced a torrid time talking to customer care escalated to nodal appellate no help they say plan changed by speed was still 1 gbps so finally closed the connection and took a new 200 mbps plan for 3 months with free install and they don't accept credit cards only upi as card payments don't go through on the link which they give for payment says amount debited but not reflecting in technician app so paid by upi again 3530 rs .
