My BSNL FTTH Syrotech gpon router keeps disconnecting few times every hour.

AS mentioned the connection keeps disconnecting few times every hour. They came and changed my router to another (same model Syrotech SY-GPON-1110-WDONT). this problem keeps recurring for few days and then its smooth for few days. any solutions or ideas on what seems to be the problem. I am in Karantaka FYI

If by dropped connection, you mean PPPoE drops/resets,
Check in WAN settings if Connect mode is set to AUTOCONNECT WHEN LINKUP. If it is, change to AUTOCONNECT

If by dropped connection you mean the modem turns off/reboots spontaneously,
Charging brick. Check if you are providing rated input power to the modem.

the PPP is in auto connect. and the modem does not reboot. just the connection resets

Same issue Wifi name showing but not connecting after restarting the router it work but after 1 or 2 hour same things happens
