my dish space not showing renewal date

hello friends dish tv keep telling peoples that now they can watch there renewal date on their Tv at just one click, on my dish space. but i am not able to see my renewal date. i renew my subscription on 15 of this month after that i thought i will get info but now its showing different thing it says your subscription is expired, please renew your account to watch all channels. but i am able to watch all channels.what is this suppose to mean.i have zenga stb box.anyone getting the same problem.what wshould i do???????

hi, Its as usual problem for me its showing renewal and the expiry date at 00/00/00. i have contacted CC they once out activated after a few hour its the same old this..

This is a generic problem. Yet another reason to dump DishTV and move to an alternate platform.
