My experience with Reliance BIG TV

My dad bought a BIGTV STB last year october. Im not very sure about the pack plan, I think he bought it for Rs.2990 with 12 months subscription. He was using it in his room, He passed away 20 days back :|
So i had to shift the STB to my room, Made a call yesterday to the customer care number 1800 200 9001.

I was trying from the morning from my cellphones(I have Vodafone and Aircel conn)...All i got was network busy error...

In the evening, i tried in my landline and surprise ! I got the line...Waited for like 7.5 minutes before speaking to a Customer care service person.
The guy whom i spoke was very polite and gentle. I told him i wanted to shift the STB to the adjacent room at present. He quickly made a complaint and told me they will be get back to me in an hour[At this moment the time was around 8.45 PM]

I got a call within 15 minutes and the guy confirmed my res address details and the timings. The very next day a guy came to ma house and the shift was made, I paid him 200 bucks (The wires were damaged and it was cut in the middle)

Overall, Im quite surprised and as well as happy with the customer service of Reliance BIG TV.
