@netomato they fired most of their employees after the merge so getting a network guy to check the towers is an impossible task vi still haven't upgraded some towers in kerala with 4g only 3g and 2g available

Hmm looks like Kerela was already a deprioritized circle for them. In my circle they have many network guys facing the customer side and whenever I used to make any complaint different guys used to come but still every time they used to come and of not then they called me to rectify the problem.

Also do you guys don't get any response from them after raising complaints?
Ever saw someone on top of any Vi tower? 🤔

Now here in Kerala, they kick us out of 4g and latch onto 3g and 2g and stand out like that too much. It is like a special feature of giganet.
I read somewhere long back that 3G is stopped everywhere by all operators and they have re-farmed 3G spectrum for 4G.

In which vehicle did he came? 😂
Offtopic one but that'll tell their financials in your circle.
You already know about my place.

Also it looks like in your place network guys don't have authority to change anything in tower etc. Which is strange.
Here in my city they can do everything by their side without any permission.
And I never heard anything like no money from any Vi executive.

Here they all behave professionally and have recently installed new antennas on all towers here.
Here I don't know why or how but they don't seem to look like financially weak 😂.
Maybe because this is their priority circle and many many users are here.

@Lolita_Magnum I work on 8th floor. I tried looking for any devices (like femtocell) which Vi might have installed above our working floor, however apart from the white AP hanging nothing can be seen. Wonder how am I getting such powerful signal. the SNR is always 30. I have moto 30 edge ultra, but never get 3CA or 4CA. inside NKP areas like CTC, waterareas and between buildings, speeds are around 15 Mbps.
