Hi,I am having H500 for past six or so months. I got the portal-id few months ago. (YES, about 4 months after I got my connection) I kept both the the passwords ( broadband pass & portal-id pass ) as 'password', but changed them last week.Since then, sometimes when I try to log-in using the new password, it gives error as "Invalid user name or password" even though I enter correct portal-id & password. Has anyone else here experienced such a problem?Second, a funny thing happened yesterday, when I logged-in with my portal-id and the new password, the server displayed the page with details of some other gentleman's account - someone living in Karnataka !!! and when I logged-out and logged-in again, it again showed my own statistics ! (Thank god) Has anyone experienced THIS ?Also, I got bills of Jan 08, Feb 08 and Mar 08 of 105000, 60000 and 40000 respectively which were modified and I got the corrected bills of around 1000 / month in this month i.e. May 08 (YES, even the Jan 08 bill)This problem occured because they mistakenly fed the server with my plan as H250 instead of H500 and they counted my NU usage in day-time and as I downloaded so much in Jan/Feb/Mar, I got these huge bills....So, in all I had had my share of BSNL's all-kinds-of-experiences....still I am satisfied with the speed that i get and the amount of stuff that I can DL in each month....but I hope these types of things don't happen to me in future........

That happened only once. Afterwards whenever I checked in last 24hrs, it always displayed the correct details...
But I posted this one-time-happened problem because it is so weird that I am amazed how this can happen..and wanted to know - is it only me or is there anyone else who has experienced such thing...

i also experienced this. some of you may remember i had started a thread how to download after 08:00am free. so i was checking my usage that time in every few hrs to see whether they had started another session or not. one time page opend and it showed free data transfer 12gb only and 1.2gb as day time download. but i had downloaded that time almost 50gb in night time.my day time usage should be 700MB that time. i was shocked to see. and i thaught this is due to my experiment on bsnl., than i saw the username and the phone number and both was not mine. i checked my profile and everything was changed. the page was for user from banglore (not remembered name).after logout and login again everythign went normal.

yup bsnl has gone crazy.............it shows stats of other people !!! 
Yes 100% correct. I have to believe you. when you say for example portal ID zinta123456789 phone number 29876543 etc appear in usage page and should not be disclosed here !
You can mask the details.

As i cannot access 117.xx.xx.xx portal, interested to see that the usage page shows LOCATION ! like Bangalore Karnataka etc
Even you own usage page will do showing location Vadodra or Gujarat.
