Yes. Noticed it few days back.

My Accounts for DTH and Postpaid plan were not displayed on Home page. It was only visible through My Account section.
Cleared all App data and logged in again, then all data was visible.

Could have just cleared cache and reopened the app.

Cache clearing rarely fixes anything. Only good for recovering storage space.

Agreed but the problem that @SVK mentioned happens quite frequently with Airtel Thanks app. Force stop, clearing cache and reopening the app does the trick for me.
