I am using app from app store(iOS) and it used to work mostly, now frm last 1 week it's not working.
i have tried reinstalling several times, tried login with Jio ID, OTP, SIM , doesn;t work with anyone. Even in last weekend when I removed the app, it wasn't available in app store for the weekend, and I twitted to Jio and as usual no answer.
I thought I might have to do factory restore but no thanks as I checked on my friend's iPhone and same issue with him.
Also on android, same problem.
Is it that only certain zones are affected ?like north or city specifically?
